Activity for everyone: Music Monsters

AT HOME ART ACTIVITY by Anna Horton-Cremin // A Moogie Wonderland Commission

Music Monsters

This activity is inspired by a workshop  Anna facilitated as part of our artist sharing workshop in December (curated by Moogie Wonderland).

Words from Anna:

Last year I worked on project with Emily Warner. We developed a series of listening activities that encouraged people to think about the changing treescapes. This was to support academics at the countryside and community research institute to gain valuable insights from the public on their views and opinions of their favorite tree spaces. You can find out more about the project here. http://www.ccri.ac.uk/treescapesaudiowalk

Today we are going to be doing one of the activities that encourage you to create a palm exhibition. We are then going to take that exhibition to create our own characters and drawings. We are then going to think about what these characters and creatures might sound like.

This is an introduction to the project that was created for the audio walk mentioned above.
